Anfield Surprise? Klopp confirms 'exceptional' €55m Liverpool duo may start vs. Sunderland. Lallana out?

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has dropped a massive hint about his lineup for tomorrow's Premier League clash with Sunderland.

During his pre-match press conference today, Klopp told reporters:

“We have played already with Divock and Daniel together, so there is an opportunity [but] I don't want to give David Moyes any information about our line-up".

Sturridge and Origi were both on the bench for Liverpool's 1-0 victory over Man City, but with two tough Premier League games in two days, it makes sense to rotate the line-up a little.

'Exceptional' Sturridge has barely played over the last month, so he'll be well rested, and Origi came on as a sub against City, so he'll have plenty of gas in the tank.

Origi and Sturridge started together against Tottenham in the League Cup earlier this season, and the Reds won the game 2-1, albeit against a shadow Spurs side.

If Klopp goes with those two, who will be rested. My money is on Firmino and Lallana. Mane is heading off to the AFCON after the game, so there's no need to give him the day off. Possible lineup:

-------------- Mignolet
Clyne ---- Lovren - Klavan ----- Milner
--- Stewart ---- Can - Wijnaldum
--- Mane ---- Sturridge -- Origi

* Sturridge/Origi: €55m value combined (CIES). Origi: Described as 'exceptional' by Owen Hargreaves.
