Liverpool face West Ham on Sunday in a crucial, must-win game, and ahead of the match, here is the latest team news.
Klopp's pre-match updates:
* Firmino: "It’s another muscle which he feels. We left him out of training. It’s a muscle thing. We have to wait and give him as much time as possible".
* Lucas: “After the [Southampton] Lucas felt two different muscles and we said ‘OK, we have to wait also’".
* Lallana: “We had to manage the intensity. Now he is in another situation, so that means we have two more options, if nothing else happens".
* Sturridge: "We’ve had another week in training and it was good. Now we have a few options more but we will see.”
* According to the Liverpool Echo: "Carroll will miss the game with a groin problem. Also absent are Noble, Kouyate, Ogbonna, Antonio, Obiang and Sakho".
* Confirmed Out: Henderson, Ings, Mane, Stewart, Carroll, Noble, Kouyate, Ogbonna, Antonio, Obiang, and Sakho (11 players).
Squad-wise, West Ham are down the bare bones, so with any luck, Liverpool will be able to capitalise.
That said, the Hammers have kept 4 clean sheets in their last 5 games, so the injuries don't appear to be having a negative impact. Additionally, Liverpool's recent record against West Ham is poor:
* Last 7 games: 4 defeats, 2 draws, and just 1 victory.
* Last 3 away games: 3 defeats (7 goals conceded; 2 scored).
As for Liverpool: Sturridge should start this game, but I doubt he will. Klopp is too stubborn, and just like last week, he'll start Origi, and use Sturridge's injury history as an excuse. Probable lineup:
^ Sturridge: £40m-rated. Dec 2016: Hailed as 'fantastic' by Lee Dixon.
