'Really Good': Clyne hails exciting €11m attacker described by Klopp as 'brilliant'. Replace Mane during the AFCON?

Last season, Liverpool youngster Sheyi Ojo finally made his first-team breakthrough, and one established member of Jurgen Klopp's senior squad is impressed with his progress.

Speaking to Goal.com today, Reds defender Nathaniel Clyne enthused:

"There’s a lot of good, young players out there. I see some of their games and they are doing really well. Sheyi Ojo is really good".

Ojo suffered a back injury in August, but he's now back in training, and working his back into first-team consideration.

Unfortunately, Liverpool's attacking midfielders are on fire this season, and in order to get first team game time, Ojo woll have to displace the likes of Firmino, Coutinho, Mane, and Lallana (!)

It sounds like an impossible task, but there is a sliver of opportunity on the horizon. Mane will be be at the African Cup of Nations for 2-4 weeks in January, and with no other dedicated wingers in the squad, this should - in theory - provide Ojo with some opportunities for game time.

Can Ojo fill the Mane void, or is going out on loan a better idea?
