Liverpool were well beaten by Arsenal at Anfield last sunday, but Reds legend John Aldridge is still seething about one particular incident during the match, which he believes cost Brendan Rodgers' team the game.
In his column for the Liverpool Echo yesterday, Aldo slammed Howard Webb for making a 'howler' by refusing give the Reds a penalty against Arsenal. He raged:
"It was a disgraceful decision by Howard Webb not to award a penalty when Luis Suarez was dragged to the ground by Per Mertesacker.
"He was only 10 yards away and I just do not understand why he didn’t point to the spot, and Mertesacker, who had already been booked, should have been sent off. It would have changed the game dramatically, and we would probably have gone on to win the game.
"Maybe it would have papered over the cracks but it was still a big decision which Webb got badly wrong".
Watching the highlights again, there's a decent case for a penalty but the evidence not strong enough (IMO) to be certain. In any event, Liverpool should not be relying on penalties to win games; Suarez et al had several chances to hit the target and make it count, and once again, they were found wanting.
Even if the penalty had been given, I'm not sure it would've 'changed the game dramatically'. Arsenal would've had even more incentive to drive forward, and with players like Diaby and Arteta on top form, and Podolski always a goal threat, Arsenal may still have won the game.
Despite Liverpool's poor start to the season, Aldo urged Liverpool fans to "stay behind the manager', and praised two of the club's best performers so far:
"One real bonus is Raheem Sterling. The kid is still raw but he was excellent again on Sunday and I can see him playing for us all season. Joe Allen looks like a quality buy but we need him to add a few goals to his game".

Aldridge should pont the finger against Suarez: he's egoist, and He's playing on his own.
ReplyDeleteYou make a big issue of Suarez cheating by diving. Why sweep another cheats actions under the carpet? Mertesacker clearly cheated to rob us of a goalscoring opportunity and he went unpunished. Just as bad as diving. He won't be vilified.
ReplyDeleteIt's debatable whether Mertesacker acted deliberately; I don't the evidence is clear enough to come a conclusion either way.
ReplyDeleteIs anybody here thinking we should hire Steve Bould to be our No.2?
ReplyDeletewtf. YNWa = you never winning again. stuff it. pentalty it seems. that suarez shud be practising in the Pacific Ocean, where his skills may come of use.
ReplyDeletesuarez is a cheat and this has stopped refs giving decisions in his favour, u make yer bed and lie in it.
ReplyDelete2 - 0 that rings a bell !
ReplyDeleteSaid it many times, Howard Webb the Manure fans
ReplyDeleteJudging on last seasons penalty taking we would have probably missed it. But I think it could have gone either way really, there was contact, but it was minimal. But if we are going by the penalties given for West Brom (i.e. contact but minimal) then it should have been given.
ReplyDeleteWhat?
ReplyDeleteWell is anyone?
ReplyDeletecalm down u scallies
ReplyDeleteArsenal played well, there's no denying it. However, it was a combination of them playing well and us very below par that led us to defeat. I agree with Jaimie that a penalty would have been unlikely to change the game. We could talk about if's and but's all day but the reality is we have left ourselves short of fire power once again (even more so than last season).
ReplyDeleteif it had been another player it may have been given. (altho you i doubt it) Suarez is the filthiest player in EPL. Dave got it spot on (oooohhh the ironey!) You make your bed you lie in it.....I mean how many times has he thrown himself to floor to win a penalty???? the guys nothing short of a discrace and would give Ronaldo a run for his money in the diving stakes. Woyuld tell you to sell him but you have NO strikers....lmao.
ReplyDeletewhen did they play well, the first goal was a counter attack made from our own mistake, the second was a Reina classic.
ReplyDelete100% behind FSG, eh Jamie?
ReplyDeleteYou might regret doing that, come January.
Simple Suarez not a MU player and Howard Webb is MU star player
ReplyDeleteI doubt it. Of course, that doesn't mean they're above criticism; like everything else, if FSG or Rodgers make mistakes, I will highlight them.
ReplyDeleteumm what? arsenal completely controlled the game. diaby was untouchable and they were defensively solid. time to accept defeat and move on.
ReplyDeleteWell thanks then. Cause he would have been sold if you said so. And who's your team. They must be squeaky clean otherwise you wouldn't be talking crap . No one in the team you support would try to gain an advantage in any way, whether a forward or defender? I didn't think so! Jog on.
ReplyDeleteI dont htink he cheated, he made a bad challenge and got away with it, can hardly be blamed.
ReplyDeleteSuarez turned at our Club and played some great football under Kenny for that first season, really helped put us on another level football wise and helped with the under performing issue's we hade at the time.....
ReplyDeleteVery impressive start and showed massive amounts of promise, easily patched up the hole that Torres left behind and allowed the fanbase the opportunity to move on....
We/Kenny looked good at that point....come the next season he changed....my own opinion is that he got in with Reina & Co and was brought into their clique of under performers....his form deterioted, he started missing sitters...stopped linking up so well with others...became a hindrance by constantly losing the ball and looked nothing like the player from the previous season...
We/Kenny started looking a bit shaky, our momentum went out of the window and so did the confidence of many of our new signings, a few of them being young and inexperienced to deal with the pressure of what was happening re our form taking a serious dip....
From having a largely positive impact Suarez was now having a negative one not unlike certain other players it was all looking a bit same old same old once again.....
The racist incident re Evra was just about the icing on the cake, took the Club to a new low and pretty cemented the inevitable sacking of KD, personally i felt that Suarez was very much to blame for heaping that whole problem onto KD who was too naive to see how bad he and the Club were made to look....
Came back into the side after the ban and continued to under perform at times, occasionally getting on the scoresheet but no way near the form he showed the previous season, somewhere along the way we lost Luis IMO, he did change and i can't help thinking that he was dragged perhaps into certain politics being played out by certain other players.....in fact im pretty sure that he was.
Like Reina, i don't care either way what we do with him, whether we play him bench him or sell him, the damage is done, it matters not, and by the look of things he has also been given a chance to improve his form...unlike certain others...
enam did you watch the game arsenal was the better side all over the pitch
ReplyDeleteAnd when did they control the game? We had beeter possesion and more shots on goal.
ReplyDeleteobviously not.
ReplyDeletefootball is full of what ifs, what if we got a pen what if they never etc etc.
ReplyDeleteI do not listen to Liverpool games on Radio City because Aldridge is so biased I prefer Radio 5 were I can get an unbiased view of things and make up my own mind how they did.
Suarez does exaggerate when he's fouled (and maybe sometimes not fouled), but that should not be an issue. It does taint him as a footballer, but refs are supposed to be professionals, and if a ref lets a players behaviour affect how he goes about his job, he's not a real professional. Either there is a foul or not, and if there is, the ref should give it. Of course he can punish a player for his behaviour (complaining too much, diving, etc.), but that is apart from any other foul. The problem is that english referees sometimes seem to lack this air of professionalism. FA should do what they did in Italy in the 90's, when the overhauled the refereeing, raised their wages but in turn demanded much more from them. That gave us brilliant referees like Collina.
ReplyDeletecant honestly believe what i am reading here, Aldo was a top pro in his day seen it all have any of you lot. Biased as he maybe being a kopite!!!
ReplyDeletehe sees the game with is own judgement rightly so he knows the game !!! Webb makes Howlers crucial ones sometimes thats life , Suarez has history we all know but he is a tryer . Bob paisly once said put the ball in the back of the net we will talk about it later , free liscence to go for it win the game!!! thats it ALDO was RIGHT end of!!!!
Suarez should stop acting and start playing!
ReplyDeleteLiverpool should remove the slogan
"we come not to play" from the boards as this is misleading the player especially suarez!
on howard webb, Hes a W A N K E R first and formost, Watch the games he refs when liverpool are playing.
1/ All decisions for Liverpool in the centre pitch go Liverpool's way
2/ all decisions in Liverpool's penalty area go against Liverpool
3/ All decisions in the opposition end go against Liverpool
Watch every game make a tally chart and keep note!
If only i could place a bet on these facts!!!! Id be minted!
howard webb is a manu fan and is always biased against liverpool and that was not the only time he was biased against us inthe match
ReplyDeleteSuarez does dive Im a life long fan of LFC and he dives, So Man U players why do you think they call there home ground 'theatre of dreams', because one day a week fergie gives them acting classes on diving!
ReplyDeleteSuarez needs to be more agressive like a pitbull keep at the ball close the players down and jump in the box not dive!!!
your right hes a diver not footballer! where are the no nonsense players gone?
ReplyDeletetheres no fight in liverpool anymore they have all p u s s y ' d out
just seen the ofical LFC squard we wont reach any higher than 8th again, unless we spend £200 million in january!!!
The only way to stop that is to book him and every body who does that, I bet there would be more bookings in Man U than anywhere else..... Unless Howard Webb is the ref that is!
ReplyDeleteCan I kick you in the shin? then tell yourself stop exaggerating!!!
ReplyDeleteyea last season it was 2-0 the other way does that ring a bell??
ReplyDeleteSurprise, surprise kanwar the manc didn't think it was a penalty. hahahhaha and still the dumb bastards do not see through you.
ReplyDeleteTotally agree how many did we miss????
ReplyDeleteticky tacka??? old dog new tricks????
ReplyDeleteever heard of crying wolf!!! Plus he was too far away from the ball when it came in, there might've been some contact but Saurez hardly tried to reach the ball!!!
ReplyDeleteyea but they kept the ball more and opened us up more, there strike force is crap, just as well it could have been worse, and where would that leave ticki tacka?? play the long ball bring back Carroll!!!
ReplyDeleteno they controlled the game and they had more chances
ReplyDeleteWhen I was told Man U had more trophies than Liverpool I didnt know they were counting the ones for diving!!!!!
ReplyDeleteIf we scored the pen and they had 10 men surely that would have had an impact on the pattern of play?
ReplyDeleteSuarez has had a raw deal since he came to Liverpool, no doubt about it. How many offsides has he had that were clearly onside! how many fouls that were never given.
ReplyDeletePut these along side the dives hes made. he should stop diving and refs and lines men/woman (woman not women) should play fair!
I wasn't commenting on this particular event, just in general. A professional ref does his job, and doesn't let someone "crying wolf" affect him, is all I'm saying.
ReplyDeleteFA has some Liverpool enemies working there as top authorities. What else can you expect from the referees appointed by FA ?
ReplyDeleteFA is going to give Liverpool 2 years transfer ban for tapping up Dempsey.
Some mugs are running this clubs. Bl**dy failing on every front on and off the pitch.
Jamie. It is not about relying on penalty's to win games. It is about a genuine chance for a goal which was scuppered by a bad challenge.
ReplyDeleteAnd. How can a goal not change the final outcome of a game is beyond me? Of course a goal changes a game. With 1 player down it is all the more a game changes. As a footballer when you play against 1 man short, the psychological boost is enormous. Of course it will change the outcome of the game.
Well as for Howard the evil spider who spins his web against LFC? It has been well documented on this site last year by a post. nuff sed.
I will finish it for you. What a prat?
ReplyDeleteUhh..? I think you were watching a different game pal. Get real.
ReplyDeletefuck howard webb
ReplyDeletethe ref has to be 100% certain, if not he can't give it. that is being professional. very often a clever defender will know that he is impeding the ref's line of vision and has a go. that said Suarez is a diver and it should be no surprise he gets ignored
ReplyDeleteWhat are you ManU fans doing here ?
ReplyDeleteooohh, get the little b1tch!
ReplyDeleteCOYG!!! LMAO
ReplyDeletedid you go to the same elecution class as Aldo.
ReplyDeleteIm a arsenal fan first and foremost! yeah was a penalty but with suarez involved his reputation goes before him dont help when you have a piss poor ref involved as well but how many times have liverpool had the benifit of the doubt? remember the cl game with babbel? swings and roundabout's!! dont worry when you play the manc's the ball will run in your favour esp if it's mike dean!!
ReplyDeleteThe problem is that if he was pulled back by Mertersacker, Suarez would have fallen backwards. Instead we got one of the standard Swallow dives that all forwards now do. As a result no penalty.
ReplyDeleteSuarez need's to be less selfish and remember it's a team game.... His behavior has a negative impact on other players, don't get me wrong he has amazing ability and can change a game in an instant and i suppose that's the problem... His ego is to big.. I hope not but come January i can see Suarez move on as i'm sure he feel's there is not enough players in the team at his level.. FSG could not be responsible for this however i still feel they should have released funds too find a striker of the same ability too keep the baby happy???
ReplyDeleteAlex Ferguson is always tapping up or getting journalists to unsettle players for him and they never got a ban.
ReplyDeleteThe FA whether it is the National FA or the Local FA is run by faceless old men in black blazers with badges on them. They were not good enough to play the game themselves and oversee hearings which are no more than Kangaroo Courts were you are guilty unless you can prove otherwise.
What garbage about Suarez being a diver! He received only one yellow last season for "diving" and replays showed he was stamped on the foot. We see worse every single weekend from many players in the EPL. Suarez is like any other forward...
ReplyDeleteDefenders are much worse than forwards, but nobody focuses on them. Alwasy shirt-grabbing, pulling and forever claiming that it's their ball when it goes out of bounds. My favorite is when they dribble into a corner and then let themselves flop at the slightest touch.
I am not sure what their agenda is, but for supposed LFC fans to call Suarez a diver and to justify the non-call is mind-boggling.
If Suarez doesn't get the calls when he let's himself fall, do you think he will get them if he remains standing?
Ridiculous...
He was pulled twice by Mertesacker in the play. End of story. It doesn't matter how Suarez fell.
ReplyDeleteMertesacker also hacked Suarez on a break later in the game and Webb did not make the call. It should have been a second yellow too.
Instead of whinging about Suarez being a diver, true LFC fans should wonder why he does not get calls. LFC should do something because it is obvious that refs have been out to get him for a while.

It wasn't even debatable that Skrtel acted deliberately against West Brom, but the penalty was awarded.
ReplyDeleteThe Double standards that you see week in and week out are ruining football
maybe Suarez need a good player to play with up front,Don,t forget who won most motm in the lfc last season get behind him and the rest of the team.
ReplyDeleteIf Suarez was shot dead by a defender in the box, holding a smoking gun, he still wouldn't get a penalty. It is a farce but nothing will change, the ref's are idiots!!!!
ReplyDeleteJaimie, Suarez got in front of him and you can clearly see his arms around him and then a tug of his shirt. You say even if the penalty was given that you don't think it would change the game, penalty = prob goal, Arsenal down to 10 men. Cmon
ReplyDeletePoor old bin dippers, always looking for an excuse why they lost, haven't won the PL, get a grip you area mediocre team and will be for many years, Suarez is a cheat and a racist and you fools keep backing him
ReplyDeleteFor once Jamie I disagree with u on many points...
ReplyDeleteFirstly Mertesacker clearly fouled Suarez by pulling him back. Suarez was goal-side and Per behind him. Understanding that Suarez is faster den Per and didnt have the ball with him so was running freely, how on earth would Per make it goal side?
U also suggest that a penalty(presumably scored) and a red card to Per wouldnt have dramaticaly changed the game. This is definitely incorrect, I mean cahman Arsenal attacks were mostly on the counter we had control of the game with Arsenal down to 10 men it would have opened up even more of a chance for us to move forward.
Based on these two arguments it is correct to tha Howard Webbs decision directly impacted the end result of the game i.e us losing.
Just as the first yellow card he was given was questionable, lot of referees will give a verbal warning since it is under 5 minutes of game play
ReplyDeleteThat foul was as clear as night and day had agger done the foul you would have said it was a difinite foul
ReplyDeleteIf Suarez actually TRIES to get to the ball, then the ref may see that he was being impeded. However, as per usual, to get his attention he throws himself to the floor like a toddler having a tantrum.
ReplyDeleteGo for the ball you bloody drama queen; if you are prevented from doing so, the penalty should be more obvious, and you never know you just might get there one day!
And the Suarez bashing continues- everyone seems to forget the we are still in the Europa league because of him.
ReplyDeleteThey are not idiots. They are loyal to the hands that feed. In this case we all know who or what rather? "Horse" shi+e??
ReplyDeleteAnd could be in CL if not for him being banned
ReplyDeleteIn your opinion! that says it all!
ReplyDeleteyou meant to say! I disagree. dduuuurrrrr
They probably go against Liverpool because as a member of the old bill Howard Webb knows when someone is for real or when they're trying to pull a fast one. Which actually makes him one of the best and one of the most consistant refs currently in the EPL.
ReplyDeleteMaybe if Suarez didn't continuously fall over at the slightest touch, Liverpool might get some more decisions their way. As it stands with Suarez, when he goes down- 85% of the time it was never really a foul and refs are starting to see that now. His antics brought this on and Now Liverpool are paying the price for it.
Thank god you've got Borini as a ready made replacement. That kid actually looks like the real deal. Suarez on the other hand just brings your club down
LS has had his cards marked, in all our games so far, refs don`t give him anything. I think they have been told he "dives" and so just ignore it when he gets fouled.
ReplyDeleteCompare the pens we gave away against WBA to how he has been pushed, kicked and tripped this season already and barely even one foul given.
Same happened with Torres, I remember he rarely got anything his way.
It boggles the mind how Ronaldo used to dive so badly, yet always get given fouls, yet other players never get them. Not just liverpool ones, but there seems every year a bunch who can dive, and get pens game after game, and a bunch who could lose a leg and not get one.
Drogba??? Ronaldo??? way worse than LS yet always got pens. Did you watch the WBA game? Did you see the pen given against Agger, for what was basically the slighest of touches on his back. Not just Howard web, but all the refs seem to have there fav and non fav players.
ReplyDeletehttp://full-timewhistle.com/2012/09/06/arsenal-2-0-liverpool-all-the-stats/
ReplyDeleteTry looking at the game from a neutral perspective and you might see that Arsenal did in fact control the game.
As you said. It was a penalty. But we can't have refs influenced in their decision making because of individuals involved. It's not about 'swings & roundabouts' it's about getting the decision right irrelevant of who is playing.
ReplyDeleteSkrtel couldn`t have seen the player coming. I can`t believe a pen was given. Basically a player ran from behind him, and into his leg and got the pen??? Skrtel was at fault for being lazy, but it was never a foul in a million years.
ReplyDeleteIts a bit like me walking behind you on the street then running into arm as i pass and phoning the police saying you assaulted me.
Sorry but the Arsenal strike force is far better than Liverpools any day of the week. Giroud was top scorer in Ligue 1 last season. Podolski got 19 goals last year in the Bundesliga. Cazorla is as good, if not better than Fabregas was and Chamberlain is an almost starter for the England first team.
ReplyDeleteLiverpool have Sterling and Borini- who are both prospects at best and Suarez as the main striker. A player who struggles to fulfil his price tag. If Liverpool had a better striker force then the result would have been very different wouldn't you agree??
*then ARSENALS, THEN the result would...*
ReplyDeleteReina classic indeed. How many goals has he fumbled vs Arsenal. I can recall atleast three, one vs Robin Van Persie last season, the one this season and the game where N'gog got us a one goal lead.
ReplyDeleteCan you atleast back up your facts. I have a good memory, and I can't even recall one penalty that Suarez dived for except maybe the one vs Fulham when Hangeland fouled him. There was contact on that play, and he did dummy him with his skills to get away from Hangeland, but apart from that, that is the closest I've seen Suarez dive for a penalty.
ReplyDeleteReferee's need to come out and apologize for mistakes they make on the pitch. Its only fair that they are made out as idiots infront of the camera for the whole country to watch. Maybe that would teach them to be better. For example Mr Howard, he will go home after the Arsenal match and feel no pressure for making that mistake, and neither will he feel sorry for it. Every pundit in the country should be getting on Howard's back for that mistake. It would also give clarification to us LFC fans aswell, because he had a clear view of Suarez being brought down. What would he say to the guy interviewing him. "I thought Suarez dived, my bad." Absolutely ridiculous. I'm not taking anything away from Arsenal's win, Cazorla looks like a real gem and Giroud and Podolski are already linking up really well.
ReplyDeletethe problem suares has is hes always moaning and waving his hands and gesturing ...if i was a ref id make a point of not giving players like that anything
ReplyDeleteyoung n manu get penalty for much less than this
ReplyDeleteSuarez is up there with Ronaldo, for me, if not worse (if one takes into account his occasional violence) with his antics. Tie that in with Suarez's lack of end product for a player of his hype, I don't rate Suarez.
ReplyDeleteSimply doesn't help himself. Yep, refs maybe looking at his reputation at diving and theatrics (which is maybe harsh), a reputation Suarez has mostly himself to blame, hence the little sympathy he gets when he actually he is fouled.
First half we definitely controlled the game, even though your Diaby looked good but we didn't make our possession count. But second half, wasn't so clear cut.
ReplyDeleteEarly days on Giroud. Suarez banged in loads of goals, like Giroud did, in a inferior league and doesn't exactly seem to be banging them in the PL. Scoring regularly in Ligue One doesn't mean all that much in this context, as its no guarantee he will be as good in PL. Poldi is a solid player but before last season, his highest no. of league goals in a season was what? 13. He is a solid player but in terms of goal threat, he is nothing special to date. Cazorla is a class act but whether he can chip in with enough goals, who knows, as he doesn't have a great reputation for scoring goals (bit like Iniesta in that regard. Man, if Iniesta could score more, he would be the complete attacking midfielder). I rate Cesc's goalscoring movement more than Cazorla's but of course, that isn't the be all and end all to their game.
ReplyDeleteYep, its one big conspiracy against us as they fear our ability to take over the world(!)
ReplyDeleteu are crazy ,webb does Man u better .Aldo is right it was a penalty call.what of drogba and C ronaldo.
ReplyDeletedon't be silly , yes his been misfiring lately, but a penalty call is a penalty call. cos remember LS did not work his way from defense to the opos 18, it was team effort so the whole team gains or looses if a call is made or not.
ReplyDeletei hope erbody sees the sense in what u said mate. Webb is also cheating if he doesn't make a call.
ReplyDeletemistakes highlight these 1 hillsbough 96 shirts beeing sold for a profit in club shops 2 transfer deadlnne fiasco 3 j henrys open letters baseball is a sport whitch we look at 365 days a year 4 got gid of 2 managers in 2 years 5 no nearer a new stadium than gillet and hicks but have put up planning proposals 2 have a big tent put up on the site for 2 years the circus as well and truely come to town
ReplyDeletetwo words................................howard web
ReplyDeleteare you a lfc fan or what you must be kenwars minder you muppet
ReplyDeleteOuch, that hurt(!) I'm a LFC fan, just not a comically paranoid one.
ReplyDeleteA penalty at 1-0 down and a red card. Hard to imagine more drastic game changers......
ReplyDeleteI would love to see the statistics, of all LFC games that Howard webb, has been involved in, with decisions for and against our team ? Im sorry but if that would have been Rooney or RVP he would have given a penalty, I think the FA need to look into Decisions that our given to some teams and not given to others ? I bet if a independent body looked into it, they would find that certain referees our biased towards some players and there respected clubs alike. And think what you like, but this isn`t just soar grapes, it happens all to much with certain officials, when LFC play certain teams.
ReplyDeleteHe just signed a new contract he is here probably for his career, I hope. He is greedy, has his faults, but I dont even wanna think where we be without him. Yesil that young German looked very good against EngU21s, scored 2 made 1. here's hoping.
ReplyDeleteJamie, I'd like to know your thoughts on why everyone is so extreme these days... If you support FSG you arent allowed to criticise them at all, if your against them, you cant say theyve ever made a good decision. If you like suarez, you cant criticise his diving or lack of finishing, but if you are anti suarez, you cant appreciate the fact that he is magic (after his woeful first touch!). If you support BR, you can't have a go at his persistance at signing ex Swans, but if you are a Rodgers critic, you can't see the fact that he is playing a good system and has signed a couple of future stars.
ReplyDeleteYou always tell it like you see it Jaimie, and thats admirable, although quite often I dont agree with what you're saying, but thats what the intrawebz is all about. Keep posting, you know they'll keep reading.
YNWA
suarez should be punished for dribbling too much and he is too self fish instead to pass de ball once but to dribble he is not serious and bench him and start suso as striking role let see what happen you know that in england they hated you must be careful with they
ReplyDeleteAgreed. Someone needs to tell him when to release the ball to players who are in better position to score. Selfish player indeed.
ReplyDeleteYou cannot ask the fa anything, especially when it comes to Liverpool FC. The FA is man utd. Football in this country is run by Man utd sympathisers and old red nose. Until there is a proper shake up and genuine non biased people running the FA football in this country will continue to stink. He (ol red nose) wanted to knock Liverpool of there f@*king perch, well, he's had a lot of help wouldn't you say?
ReplyDeletemotherfucker liverfool fans. loser is a loser. do not bitching about penalty call or not. fool!
ReplyDeleteWould you pass to a player you don't rate, or trust?
ReplyDeleteI recently read a study of last years refereeing decisions that showed Liverpool were twice as likely to have a wrong decision go against them than most other teams. I can't remember the actual figures but it also said that around 70% of penalty decisions in Liverpool games were wrong, compared to 55% being wrong in other games. If I can find the link again I'll post it later. It was an interesting read.
ReplyDeleteyou are a dick
ReplyDeleteHoward webb is alex ferguson's b!tch - Period!!!!
Always the victims eh? never your fault? just face facts that your team is a mediocre mid-table club, and your so called 'world class' players are well over-rated
ReplyDeleteDeluded!
ReplyDeleteThe worst (recent) ever:
1) Ronaldo
2) Drogba
3) Robben
4) - void -

'Deluded!' - ouch(!)...yawn. That childish jibe from you aside, thanks for your subjective view.
ReplyDeleteall the blame goes to the fa they are very idiot, this is because Webb is liver pools Satan but still they let him ref our match for sure i hate Webb
ReplyDeletediver diver diver you know it I know it YNWA
ReplyDelete
