Next Ibrahimovic? Argentine sensation admits he 'loves watching Liverpool' and admires 'Jurgen Klopp'

One of Argentina's youth internationals has revealed his admiration for Liverpool FC.

In an interview this week with Ole, River Plate attacker Joaquin Perez Ibanez told reporters:

“I love watching Liverpool on TV because of their style of play and their manager Jurgen Klopp".

Ibanez also waxed lyrical about one of the Premier League's top goalscorers:

“The player that I look up to most is Zlatan. I look at everything he does: his control, his skills, his finishing – and I train every day at River Plate to be as good as that."

Some info about Ibanez:

* 17-year old striker, who plays for River Plate's youth team.

* 2015-16: Won the title with the youth team, and helped the team win 17 out of the 18 games in which he played.

* Scored 11 goals during the league winning campaign.

* 11 apps for various Argentina youth teams.

* Scouting Report: "JoaquĆn is similar in style to Zlatan Ibrahimovic. He is an imposing striker with size and strength, and a lot of talent on the ball. His ideal position is central, but he also likes to get involved in buildup play".

* Mar 2017: JJ Borrelli, River's youth team manager, told reporters: "He [Ibanez] is the ideal age to make the jump into the first team, and his dream is to get the manager's attention".

Ibanez is yet to make a senior appearance for River Plate, so it'll be a while before he becomes a viable transfer target.
