'Absolute Garbage': Watch Roy Keane destroy Mourinho in glorious smackdown. Also applies to Klopp

One thing that really irritates me is top-flight managers moaning about fixture congestion. Jurgen Klopp gripes about winter breaks and fixture overload on a regular basis, as does Man Utd boss Jose Mourinho, and Utd legend Roy Keane has delivering a withering riposte to the Portuguese's latest mewling tirade.

After Utd's Europe League victory last night over FC Rostov, Mourinho whined:

"It's difficult to play Monday with 10 men, it's difficult to play now, it's difficult to play 12 o’clock on Sunday. We have a lot of enemies. A lot of things are going against us. We will probably lose the game on Sunday. Fatigue has a price".

Reacting to the comments, a visibly disgusted Keane launched scathing (and hilarious) attack on Mourinho:

"I've never heard so much rubbish in my life. Why do we have to listen to that garbage? It's just utter nonsense what he's talking about. He's manager of Manchester United, one of the biggest clubs on the planet, and he keeps moaning about fixtures and fatigue. They've had an easy way in the cups, some good draws, a lot of home draws. The guy is talking absolute nonsense. I've never heard so much rubbish in my life. Maybe the club is too big for him, and he can't deal with all these demands. Man United reserves could've won that game. I'm sick to death of him".

Absolute genius. I love it :-) Keane can always be relied on to tell it like it is, and in this case, he is absolutely right. Mourinho and Klopp are paid millions for the privilege of managing two of the biggest, most revered clubs on the planet, and if they can't hack it, then they should quit and let someone else take over.

I'm absolutely sick of hearing Klopp moaning about fixtures, lack of training time etc, and what makes it even more galling is that he continues to moan even though Liverpool do not have European football this season (!)

In my view, managers of rich clubs should never complain in public about fixture congestion; privately, they can moan all they like, but publicly, they should just take it in their stride and get on with the job.
