Another brazen dive from Arsenal's resident cheat.
Eboue clearly dives to the ground without any contact from Puyol.
To his credit, Arsene Wenger slammed Eboue after the match in the harshest of terms:
"It is clear there was no foul. I condemn and regret the attitude of Eboue. I have always risen up against cheating. Eboue cheated by simulating the foul. I detest simulation."
Eboue is a serious challenger to Wayne Rooney when it comes to worst diver in the Premiership.

you complaining about Eboue!!! You are a joke as your captain fantastic Gerrard is the best diver ever!!!! Clean for your own house before you make statements like this!!!!

ReplyDeleteYeah Eboue is a diver and at Arsenal we can't stand him & hopes he leaves. But Gerrard is a serial diver and lets not forget Babel's flop to get an undeserved penalty when you guys were going out of the Champs League but stole it from Arsenal with blatant cheating. But everyone does it so why do we even highlight it anymore. Its the refs ineptitude to spot it that should be scrutinized.

ReplyDeleteAs a Gooner, I can't stand Eboue and think he is a disgrace to the cannon. His appalling cheating aside, he doesn't even qualify as a professional, IMO. He must be the only player in Arsenal's history to play 30+ games on our right wing and not get a single goal or assist. Embarrasment.

ReplyDeleteEboue seems to have grown up a bit this season but that was just too hideous to watch again
and as for the scapegoating of Eduardo... it's just sad. He is an honest player - I've never seen him dive before, I genuinely believe he was taking evasive action after his terrible injury. I don't think he expected a penalty to be given - the ball was going out after all

The guys cleaned up his act mostly and has kept his head up like twats like the above boo him while he is playing. for all the supposed diving and cheating from eboue, the way you guys go on is like he has never done any good for the club!! and in case your wondering he is part of the defence that holds the champions league clean sheets since he got booed last yr has mostly put his head down and worked hard.
