Confirmed Liverpool Team: Klopp ignores 'wonderful' £20m attacker; injured star returns; bad news for Can

As expected, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has made a number of changes for tonight's EFL clash with Derby County.

FULL TEAM: Karius, Clyne, Matip, Klavan, Moreno, Lucas, Grujic, Henderson, Coutinho, Firmino, Origi

SUBS: Mignolet, Lovren, Milner, Can, Ejaria, Mane, Ings

DERBY: Mitchell, Christie, Keogh (C), Bent, Baird, Johnson, Pearce, Butterfield, Hughes, Weimann, Olsson

* Karius, Klavan, Moreno, Lucas, Grujic, Firmino, and Origi all come into the side.

* Ings is left on the bench yet again. If Ings is not deemed good enough to start against Championship strugglers like Derby, then it doesn't bode well for his long-term LFC future.

* Why not leave Firmino on the bench and give Ings a run out instead, especially since the Brazilian recently suffered a groin injury.

* Emre Can returns, but seemingly isn't ready to start.

Whatever the selection, this is a very strong team, and should be more than enough to put Derby to the sword.

The game also represents Karius's first chance to impress in a Liverpool shirt, and he'll be hoping to make it through the game without making any errors.

If Karius has a stormer, should he replace Mignolet on Saturday?

'wonderful'
