Liverpool have reportedly offered Honduran left-back Wesly Decas a trial at Anfield.
According to Sky Sports:
* The 17-year old - who plays for Atletico Independiente - 'impressed' Liverpool scouts at a recent Concacaf U20 tournament.
* Liverpool plan to assess Decas before deciding to make an offer.
Honduran newspaper Diez further claims:
"Decas will have a one week trial, and will be tested in Liverpool's U19s, and U23s".
When asked this week about the news, Decas told Diez:
"I am very happy because I did not expect this news. I thank God that I now have the opportunity to test myself in Europe".
Decas will feature in the U20 World Cup later this year with Honduras.
