Confirmed Team News: £20m star returns; injury 'doubt' for 'fantastic' attacker; no chance' for Liverpool star to train. Out?

Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew has revealed some concrete team news ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash with Liverpool.

In his pre-match press conference today, Pardew confirmed:

“Scott Dann is back and available for selection. It’s good to have our captain available and I am tempted to put him back in. The only slight doubt this week is [Jason] Puncheon from our regular squad".

This means Christian Benteke is nailed-on to start against the Reds tomorrow, and after being bombed out of Anfield by Jurgen Klopp, the Belgian will surely be desperate to get on the scoresheet.

As Liverpool have discovered in the past, £20m-rated Dann - a one-time Liverpool target - is a major threat from set-pieces, and as Reds fans will remember, Dann scored the winner at Anfield in November last season.

As for Liverpool - when asked during his pre-match press conference about injuries, Klopp told reporters:

“There are a few knocks, how it always is. Milly was ill on Tuesday so no chance for him [to train] yesterday. He had a running session to look how he feels. Two days, I'm not sure".

If Milner isn't fit enough to start the game, who should take his place at left-back? Is it time for Alberto Moreno to be given a chance to redeem himself...?

According to English Premier League betting odds, Liverpool are 3/4 odds-on favourites to win the game.

Puncheon: Described by Niel Warnock as 'fantastic'
