You're Out: Liverpool to dump 'clever' attacker this summer; decision made; player knows

After reportedly signing a pre-contrct agreement with Watford, Jerome Sinclair is on his way out of Anfield this summer, and new reports this week suggest that one of Sinclair's team-mate at the academy will follow him through the exit door at the end of the season.

According to the Daily Mail:

"Liverpool midfielder Daniel Trickett-Smith has been told to look for another club. He has been informed he will not be offered a new contract".

In his four years at Anfield, Trickett-Smith - recently hailed by U21 boss Michael Beale for his 'great character - failed to make a single first-team appearance, so it's no surprise that Liverpool are not renewing his contract.

Additionally, with Coutinho, Firmino, and Lallana in the squad, Liverpool are oversubscribed in the number-10 position, so there's no way Trickett-Smith is ever going to get a crack at it.

Description on the official Liverpool website:

"Predominantly a midfielder but can also operate in behind the front men. An intelligent footballer, Tricket-Smith has awareness and composure. He can create goals and has a fine positional sense, taking up clever positions off the ball".

Another one bites the dust, and it looks increasingly like Rossiter, and Teixiera will join Trickett-Smith on the Anfield scrapheap this summer.
