1. Excellent analysis!
Time for Rafa to look for a new challenge elsewhere and leave the team and its high quality players to breathe tranquilly..

2. I do not understand how the shares can change hands without the acceptance of the board as the board has to be informed and as yet there is no paperwork loged with the board or company house to that effect and as yet MILLS do not have permission to become a Premier club owner without the FA approving them as owners.

3. All comments acceptable unless they clash with the beliefs of JK.
Then they will be deleted! At least you are honest.

4. Slag Rafa off from the start and give him no backing....then slag off fans for doing the same for Hodgson. Sound familiar??

5. For God's sake don't get rid of Meireles. He's a perfect provider for Suarez!!! It would be crazy to let him go. Sell Andy Caroll instead he's done nothing to impress me. Before the Exeter game I'ld give in an F after I might have been willing to give him a D for DONE nothing else.

Would like to put this on record that the sacking of Kenny Dalglish was a big mistake and it would take Liverpool further down the Abyss. Jaimie's criticism of Dalglish is wrong and the change of a new manager, which I have warned many times, and lack of any other suitable alternatives, will be worse.
Be careful with what you wish for. In fact, the 2011-2012 season may be the last season Pool wins anything for a long while. So while many fans may whine about winning only the Lge Cup last season, do cherish it cos it may be a long time to come before we will win anything again.

The FSG management, including Henry the chief, has expressed admiration for Brendon Rodgers, and asks for patience. Sounds familiar? Wasnt that wat they said abt Dalglish when he first started?

Mind you, Dalglish wasnt even half bad when he took over the team for the 2010-2011 season, and ppl are slagging him off for the next season. Do you all have any patience? Did it occur to you that at least pool played more attractive football than any of the past pool teams for the past 2 decades? Why cant ppl look beyond the short term?

If pool's 1st game this season is anything to go by, pool fans should just brace themselves for bigger disappointment this season.

14. Just wanted to get my appreciation of your site on record Jaimie. It's a hard life trying to argue with deluded Benitez fans unfortunately and you're inevitably gonna take a lot of flak for it. Rest assured there are A LOT of us that share your POV. It just doesn't always seem like it because:
1. Many of us find there is no longer any point arguing with Benitez worshippers, you can never win. The delusion is too deep and pronounced. It's really classical cult-like behavior if you think about it. He can do no wrong, and any logic you employ against them will be defeated by some meandering tangential argument. Frankly, it's really embarrassing for the rest of us pool fans.
2. It is in the very nature of deluded worshippers to scream the loudest and rage against any post offensive to the object of their worship the hardest.
To the deluded disciples with your million and one tiresome excuses on how awsome Benitez was, I'll only offer this: wow, all the great clubs out there have been really banging down the doors trying to get him as their next manager no? Fact.
