Carra insists: Klopp should 'ask' FSG to sign 'outstanding' £20m star for Liverpool. Agree?

Reds legend Jamie Carragher has once again hinted that Liverpool might need to sign yet another goalkeeper.

In August, admitted that he'd 'love to see him Joe Hart come to Anfield', and after claiming this week that Loris Karius is 'miles away' from being 'good enough' for Liverpool, Carra told Sky Sports:

"Joe Hart quality-wise, why not, of course you’d look at that situation whether he’s available or not. I’d certainly ask the question".

Carra went on to suggest that Hart's wages might be an issue, but if Torino can afford him, how expensive can he be? For me, though, it's simple: if Hart is surplus to requirements at Man City, why is he suddenly good enough for Liverpool?

Like Guardiola, Klopp appears to have a preference for ball-playing goalkeepers, and £20m-rated Hart is not the greatest with the ball at his feet.

Plus, like his underachieving Brit colleagues, Hart is tainted by endless failure on the international stage, and his mistakes played a big part in England's ignominious exit from Euro 2016.

In my view, signing Hart is a retrograde step; it's unlikely that he is going to get any better, but Loris Karius still has plenty of time to perfect his game.

Thanks, but no thanks.
