Confirmed Team News: Boss confirms 4 injuries; 'wonderful' £20m Liverpool star out; Klopp reveals good news

Watford boss Walter Mazzarri has confirmed that a number of the club's players will miss Sunday's Premier League clash with Liverpool.

In his pre-match press conference today, Mazzarri told reporters:

"Unfortunately, [Isaac] Success won't be available for Sunday's game, and I am very sad about it. Kenedy is not available and not training with the team. Okaka is almost ready, and Craig Cathcart [is still] injured".

Alas, all of Watford's big players appear to be fit for the game, including Troy Deeney and Odion Igahlo, who played a huge part in the Hornets' 3-0 victory over Liverpool last season.

As for Liverpool - Danny Ings underwent surgery yesterday, but according to Jurgen Klopp today:

"In this moment, they are all fit. We need to wait until the last second but we will do everything we can so that nothing more happens".

Another player unlikely to feature is ex-Red Jerome Sinclair, who signed for Watford over the summer, but is yet to make an appearance for the club. Mazzarri insists that Sinclair is in his plans, though:

"[Sinclair] is very important to the team. We want [him] to get the football time [in training] in order to be able when we need him."

Liverpool may have lost in Hertfordshire last season, but the Reds beat Watford 2-0 at Anfield, which bodes well for Sunday's game.

* Ings: Subject of several £20m offers over the summer. Described by Klopp as a 'wonderful player'.
