Transfer Alert: Liverpool keen to sign 'brilliant' €50m attacker who's like 'Isco'. Offers already confirmed by Agent

Liverpool are reportedly tracking 'brilliant' Napoli attacker Lorenzo Insigne.

The Reds were linked with Insigne during the summer transfer window, and according to TalkSport today:

* Napoli are planning to sell Insigne over his unreasonable salary demands, and both Liverpool are Spurs are interested.

* The club's Chief, Aurelio De Laurentiis has slapped a €50m price tag on Insigne.

Insigne appears to be on the outs at Napoli, and his agent confirmed this last month:

"There are clubs that are considering him [Insigne]. Napoli don't want to let him go, but the contract they're offering does not satisfy us. We have better offers".

Some info about Insigne:

* 25 year old left-winger who can also plays as a striker. Current contract expires: 2019.

* Napoli: 29 goals/41 assists (70) in 176 apps (Goal ever 356 mins. G/A every 147 mins)

* This Season: 0 goals/4 assists in 11 apps

* Jun 2013: On comparisons to Isco: "Isco is Isco and I am me. He’s a great player, but I do not think that I am worse than him.”

* Dec 2015: Insigne's agent told Radio Kiss Kiss: "We enjoy the interest from PSG and Arsenal. We’re talking about two clubs at the top of world football, but Lorenzo is focused on Napoli".

€50m for an attacking midfielder who averages a goal every 356 minutes? No thanks.
