Confirmed Liverpool Team: £56m-trio out; Klopp springs double-surprise; 'amazing' £25m attacker returns

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has made 7 changes for today's Premier League clash with Stoke City at Anfield.

FULL TEAM: Mignolet, Clyne, Toure, Skrtel, Moreno, Allen, Milner, Stewart, Ojo, Firmino, Sturridge.

SUBS: Ward, Lovren, Coutinho, Lallana, Lucas, Origi, Smith.

STOKE: Hougaard, Pieters, Wollscheid, Shawcross, Bardsley, Imbula, Cameron, Affelay, Bojan, Shaqiri, Crouch

* Sheyi Ojo makes his first start for the Reds, and it's thoroughly deserves after his recent good form.

* Skrtel and Toure come in for Sakho and Lovren, who are obviously being rested for Dortmund on Thursday.

* Shame to see Origi on the bench. He scored on Thursday, and is probably chomping at the bit for more game time. Plus, he's 20, and well-rested so he doesn't really need to be on the bench.

* Big day for Kevin Stewart, too, who comes into the starting XI to replace Emre Can.

* Why not start Ward, too? What's the point in bringing him back from regular football in Scotland to waste away on the bench?

Dortmund have rested 8 players for their derby with Schalke today, so it's clear to see that both teams are prioritising the Europa League.
