Marc Pelosi admits: "At the beginning it was hard but I'm settling in now..."

Liverpool FC youngster Marc Pelosi revealed on Twitter a few days ago that he was mugged by a couple of 'angry scousers', which is not the greatest welcome to a new city (!). Thankfully, Pelosi wasn't hurt, and he seems to be settling in well despite that experience.

Speaking on LFC TV after the draw with Stoke, the midfielder, said:

"I'm really liking it. At the beginning it was a little hard though.

"I didn't have any friends, but I've been here four or 5 months now, so I'm settling in well"

He's not such a fan of one aspect of English life though:

"I've never really lived in cold weather like this, so it's a change!

"I've lived in California and Florida, but I'm just trying to get used to the weather, but it's not too bad".

Pelosi has been employed in a variety of different positions since arriving at Anfield, but what is his favoured roled in the team?

"I don't really mind where I play. Wherever I'm needed I'm happy to play to help the team out".
