I've made a case for Michael Laudrup as a player Liverpool should regret not signing, but there are other players the club has lost out on that could have made a huge impact. So vote now on who *you* think is Liverpool's biggest missed opportunity.

Great win against Man U aside, I'm sick of everything to do with LFC right now. It's so far away from the club I want it to be and so different to the club I originally loved that I just can't motivate myself to write about it.
My detractors will no doubt be doing cartwheels of joy right about now ;-)
I think I'll just stick to my stack of LFC season review/official history tapes and remind myself of the REAL Liverpool FC.
Modern football SUCKS.

Personally, I think that one big missed opportunity (will end up being) was Sergio Aguero (Ath. Madrid FWD 18yo) hes a real talent and has impressed me every time ive watch him play this season, Rafa had scouts looking at him, but he decided against a move!
Another possible missed opportunity would be Lulinha, the young brazilian set the recent U20 world cup on fire, and looked like hes gonna be the next Brazilian Superstar. But as usual Liverpool dont like to buy the best youngsters from around the world, we just buy 2nd rate ones from the likes of deportivo la coruna!!
